Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Electrical Design Engineer with 8 - 10 years of experience in Electrical Building Services Design for USA Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, and Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in MV/LV electrical design, electrical calculations, lighting, fire alarm, ELV systems, and Data Centre infrastructure, along with hands-on experience in ETAP/Amtech, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Dialux. The candidate will lead electrical design activities, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and other applicable standards, and deliver projects on time with high-quality engineering solutions.

Job Responsibilities
Lead electrical design for Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, and Data Centre projects.
Perform MV & LV electrical design and Building Services Design.
Prepare load calculations, voltage drop calculations, cable sizing, cable tray sizing, panel schedules, earthing, lightning protection, and risk assessment studies.
Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for MV/LV, HT/LT distribution,



metering, and protection systems.
Design Lighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, CCTV, Security, Nurse Call, and Server/Data Centre electrical systems.
Prepare technical specifications and engineering documentation.
Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead project teams and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills
810 years of experience in Electrical Building Services Design.
Experience in USA Healthcare Electrical Design Projects is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of MV & LV Utilities Design and Building LV Systems.
Hands-on experience in 11kV/33kV systems and HT/LT distribution.
Positive knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and International Electrical Standards.
Experience in Data Centre electrical infrastructure and Server Room electrical design.

Preferred Candidate
Experience leading electrical design projects.
Solid client coordination and communication skills.
