We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Java and Spring Frameworks to guide a team of developers and drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software engineers throughout the development process

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions

Design, implement, and maintain Java-based solutions that ensure high-volume and low-latency performance

Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle

Analyse user requirements to define business objectives

Ensure application designs conform with business goals

Identify and resolve technical issues as they arise

Engage with the architect and technology team to align with technical strategy

Research and evaluate technical solutions to meet business needs

Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the development team Requirements 15+ years of experience in software development





Proficiency in Java (Core), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Spring Data/JPA

Expertise in RESTful API design and development, and Hibernate or other ORM frameworks

Skills in React.js (including hooks, functional components, state management), JavaScript (ES6+), and HTML5/CSS3

Experience integrating frontend (React) with backend (Java/Spring) and using version control (Git)

Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle)

Capability to debug and troubleshoot across the stack

Background in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Leadership and mentoring skills

Proactive and self-motivated attitude

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technologies

Solid organizational and time management skills
