Quess Corp is looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer – Java + AWS Cloud to join a leading global banking and financial services client. We are seeking a strong backend developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Serverless technologies who can contribute as an Individual Contributor in an Agile workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications in an Agile setting.
Build high-quality, scalable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Serverless architecture.
Ensure code reusability, performance, and application reliability.




Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Java Backend Development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Serverless Architecture.
Experience with PL/SQL and PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Good understanding of Jenkins Pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have
Experience with React JS.
