Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical equipment.
Ensure maximum plant availability with minimum downtime.
Maintain pumps, compressors, reactors, heat exchangers, tanks, boilers, thermic fluid heaters, cooling towers, chillers, and piping systems.
Lead the mechanical maintenance team and contractors safely and efficiently.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
Plan shutdowns, manage spare parts, and control maintenance costs.
Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Projects.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory requirements, and maintenance SOPs.
Maintain maintenance records, KPIs (MTBF, MTTR), and prepare periodic reports.
Support installation and commissioning of current equipment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
