Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end mall operations and facility management.
Manage Mall P&L;, CAM budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization.
Drive leasing coordination, tenant relationship management, and commercial performance.
Oversee housekeeping, security, engineering, parking, and vendor management.
Ensure statutory compliance, audits, fire & safety standards, and operational SOPs.
Enhance customer experience through operational excellence, marketing initiatives, and process improvements.
Lead and develop high-performing teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience
812 years of experience in shopping mall management, retail operations, commercial real estate, hospitality, or large-format retail.
Proven experience managing mall operations, budgets, tenant relationships, and customer service.
Solid understanding of commercial leasing, facilities management, and retail business operations.
