Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance strategies.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Lead maintenance activities for production equipment, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
Manage maintenance of robotic welding lines, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, conveyors, presses, CNC machines, and assembly equipment.
Plan and execute annual shutdown maintenance with minimum production loss.
Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives and autonomous maintenance culture.
Monitor machine health through predictive maintenance tools and root cause analysis (RCA).
Lead breakdown analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA methodologies.
Ensure statutory compliance related to electrical systems, pressure vessels, DG sets, compressors, and safety requirements.
Manage utility systems including compressors, chillers, HVAC, transformers, DG sets, and air distribution systems.
Prepare and control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and AMC contracts.
