Position: MIS Executive

Location: Vagra, Gujarat

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and maintain project data, prepare reports, and ensure accurate documentation. The ideal candidate should have robust proficiency in MS Excel, excellent data management skills, and the ability to generate timely and accurate reports to support project operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update project MIS records with accuracy and completeness.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per project requirements.
Manage trainee data, attendance, assessments, placements, and other project-related records.
Generate reports, dashboards, and data analysis using MS Excel.
Ensure timely submission of reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
Verify and validate data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Coordinate with the training and operations teams for data collection and report preparation.
Maintain proper documentation and records in both digital and physical formats.
Support project audits by providing the required data and documentation.




Identify data discrepancies and resolve them in coordination with the concerned teams.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or any relevant discipline.
2–4 years of experience in MIS, data management, reporting, or administration.

Required Skills
Solid proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Advanced Formulas, Data Validation, etc.).
Good knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation.
Solid analytical and data management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Preferred
Experience in Skill Development, NSDC, CSR, or Training Projects.
Knowledge of Google Sheets, MIS dashboards, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with ERP or project management systems will be an added advantage.
Ability to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi, and English will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
