Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Live Chat Agent supporting Dubai Airport Jobs.

The Live Chat

Agent will respond to inquiries from job seekers and other visitors via online chat platforms, providing accurate information about roles, application processes, and general FAQs. Daily tasks include managing multiple chat conversations, clarifying user needs, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams. The role also involves documenting interactions, updating records, and sharing feedback on common questions to help improve self-service resources.

Live Chat

Agents are expected to maintain qualified, courteous communication at all times, follow established guidelines, and meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Robust written communication skills in English,



with the ability to respond clearly and professionally in live chat environments.
Customer service skills, including empathy, patience, problem-solving, and a focus on delivering positive user experiences.
Comfort with digital tools and online platforms, including chat software, web-based dashboards, and basic data entry.
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously, prioritize inquiries, and work efficiently with attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable work from home setup, with the ability to work assigned part-time shifts.
Prior experience in customer support, contact centers, or live chat roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
Knowledge of or interest in airport operations, travel, or recruitment processes is an advantage.
