Role Description The Labbler Operator is a full time, in office role based in Samba, responsible for operating and monitoring labeling and related packaging equipment on the production line. Day-to-day tasks include setting up the labbler machine, ensuring correct labels and packaging materials are loaded, and maintaining accurate labeling according to product specifications and company standards. The role involves checking machines for proper functioning, performing basic adjustments, reporting issues to maintenance, and following all safety and hygiene procedures.

helps minimize downtime, works closely with line supervisors and other operators, and supports housekeeping and equipment cleaning as required.

Qualifications Ability to operate and monitor production or packaging machinery, with basic mechanical aptitude for minor adjustments and routine checks.

Attention to detail for verifying label accuracy, batch codes, and packaging quality, along with basic record-keeping skills.

Understanding of or willingness to learn manufacturing safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures, especially relevant to food and beverages.

Capability to work on shift schedules, stand for extended periods, and handle moderate physical tasks in a factory environment.

Prior experience in bottling, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing is an advantage; familiarity with Pepsi or similar FBO operations is a plus.

Minimum educational qualification typically at high school level or equivalent; vocational or technical training in manufacturing or mechanical trades is beneficial.

Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with a willingness to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
