We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Management Trainee – Marketing to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or brand promotion and be eager to build a successful career in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Support digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and content creation.
Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and achieve business objectives.
Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and campaign performance analysis.
Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional programs.
Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and marketing partners.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Support brand-building and customer engagement initiatives.





Requirements:
Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, BBA, BMS, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
Robust communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software is an added advantage.
Creative thinking with a customer-focused approach.
