Role & responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EV charging sector.
Acquire and manage relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, and other commercial EV customers.
Identify strategic locations for EV charging infrastructure and engage with site owners.
Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term lease contracts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Achieve regional sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with technical, operations, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular market feedback and sales forecasts to management.
Maintain CRM records, prepare periodic sales reports, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline. MBA preferred.




Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience.
Experience in EV Charging, Renewable Energy, Electrical Equipment, Power, Solar, EPC, Industrial Electrical Products, or related industries preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building long-term customer relationships.
