Role Overview : We're looking for a fresher or early-career MBA graduate to join our Team as a Management Trainee. You'll work on-site / client locations, supporting day-to-day operations, system workflows, and process improvements in a fast-paced travel-tech workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor operational workflows across mobility and travel-tech systems
Analyse processes, track KPIs, and recommend data-driven improvements
Coordinate with IT, product, and operations teams to streamline execution
Support vendor management, system integrations, and troubleshooting
Serve as client SPOC for cab operations (where applicable)
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Operations/Systems (Freshers to 1 year of experience)
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis
Basic understanding of technology, databases, and operational workflows
Strong communication skills in English&Hindi;
Comfortable working in office at client locations
Must own a personal laptop
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
