Role & responsibilities
5 - 7 years of active in office supervisory experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
Ability to read and execute structural and architectural blueprints, layouts, and section drawing
Technical Precision: Flawless drawing reading, high-end finishing standards, and deep knowledge of interior materials.
Process Mastery: Perfect sequencing of trades (e.g., painting after dusty work) and strict snag-list management.
Crew Leadership: Firm control over subcontractors and clear communication between designers and clients.
In office Adaptability: Rapid problem-solving when layout dimensions do not match the paperwork.
Digital Tracking: Efficient use of progress-reporting apps and digital measuring tools.
Preferred candidate profile Candidates with proven track record in large -scale corporate construction firms or organised real estate developers Will have a distinct advantage .
