Responsibilities
Targeted Lean intervention and Chance Identification aligned to the defined goals in the allocated programs. Facilitate design of solution and ensure identified prospects are realized. Contribute to creating current models, frameworks and toolkits, pilot the same and deploy across organization. Ensuring the new modes aligned to needs of the assigned portfolio and help the portfolio to meet their YOY commitments on efficiency improvement and client value.

Technical and Professional Requirements
Must have experience driving Lean and Six sigma based improvement programs in their previous organization(s). Should be having the following knowledge and competency: exposed to AIML,



AI platforms and Experience in power BI Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt Knowledge of software development life cycle/Agile Knowledge of project management Data analytics basics using statistical methods and exposure to software like R/Hadoop/SAS/Python. Problem solving techniques Excellent communication skills Good understanding of Change management
