Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Business Analyst with a robust foundation in Loyalty Programs and Distributor Management Systems (DMS) . The candidate will play a key role in requirement gathering, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities




Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Documentation: Prepare and interpret BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents).
API Integrations: Support integration flows and coordinate with technical teams for seamless system connectivity.
Campaign Workflows: Understand and assist in managing campaign workflows and system processes.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Product, Tech, QA, Business, and Operations teams to align communication and execution.
Project Support: Handle day-to-day coordination activities to ensure operational continuity and faster execution.
