We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Commercial Leasing Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, handling property leasing inquiries, and closing commercial leasing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for commercial properties through various channels.
Identify and connect with potential tenants and business clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable commercial properties.
Conduct property visits and explain property features, pricing, and lease terms.
Negotiate rental/lease terms with clients and property owners.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.




Achieve monthly leasing and revenue targets.
Stay updated on commercial real estate market trends and rental rates.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate / Leasing / Property Sales.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Robust convincing and client-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
Good knowledge of the local commercial property market will be an advantage.
Candidates from Real Estate, Property Consultancy, Commercial Leasing, or B2B Sales backgrounds are preferred.
