Manager – Air Freight Operations to lead and manage end-to-end Air Import & Export operations. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, extensive freight forwarding experience, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Air Import & Air Export Operations.
Manage shipment bookings, documentation, customs coordination, cargo movement, and final delivery.
Ensure timely shipment execution and resolve operational issues proactively.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Air Freight Operations team.
Ensure compliance with IATA, DGCA, Customs, and other regulatory requirements.
Monitor operational costs, profitability, billing accuracy,



and vendor payments.
Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Air Freight Import & Export Operations.
Excellent understanding of Customs Procedures and International Trade.
Leadership and Team Management skills.
Customer Relationship Management.
Problem-solving and Decision-making ability.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration or related field (IATA Certification Preferred)

Pay: ₹2,900,000.00 - ₹3,400,000.00 per year
