Position : Manual QA Engineer

Location : Chennai , India Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and functional specifications.

Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

Execute functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.

Perform UI/UX validation across multiple browsers and devices.

Conduct API validation using Postman.

Validate data using SQL queries.

Report, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product owners.

Prepare QA reports and release sign-off documentation.

Ensure applications meet quality standards before production deployment.

Required Skills





Robust understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Experience in functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and usability testing.

Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.

Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.

Experience with API testing using Postman.

Valuable understanding of web and mobile application testing.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Robust communication and documentation abilities.
