Experience in breakdown troubleshooting & root cause analysis
basic understanding of TPS, Line Balancing, Takt Time & Single Piece Flow
basic Knowledge of MTTR, MTBF, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
basic knowledge of PFMEA, failure mode analysis & process improvement
Hands-on experience in assembly line maintenance & condition improvement
Ability to manage multiple production lines (high-volume setup)
Experience in closing customer complaints, ECNs & audit points
basic Knowledge of SAP (PM/MM) and basic computer applications?
Team handling and coordination skills
communication & problem-solving ability
Proactive mindset with learning attitude and quick grasping ability
