Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Udaipur / Rajasthan

Industry: Decorative Lighting, Poles, Infrastructure, Projects

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop current business opportunities in projects, government tenders, and private sector.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert inquiries into orders.
Build solid relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and government departments.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.
Coordinate with design, production, accounts, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
Follow up on payments and client satisfaction.





Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred.
Minimum 5–10 years experience in projects / B2B sales / lighting / electrical / infrastructure industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in government & institutional projects is an added advantage.
