Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Semiconductor Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting for VLSI and Semiconductor roles and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to onboarding.

The role requires a solid understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to hire for niche technical positions within aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Semiconductor and VLSI positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and business requirements.




Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Drive offer negotiations and ensure successful candidate closures.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of Semiconductor specialists.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring reports.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with semiconductor industry trends and talent availability.
