What you will do
Works with Engineering leaders to deliver business objectives
Update Engineering documentation through OnePLM.
Create new work instructions or local procedures per the business priorities.
Support Safety documentation updates per the sites safety requirements.
Development and implementation of appropriate supporting documentation, SOPs and process work instructions compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Carry out structured problem solving.
Actively interfacing with cross-functional team members and 3rd party Vendors, and always practicing valuable teamwork in support of the day-to-day operating requirements, and in pursuit of achieving the business targets
Observing the Quality Management Systems requirements on site at all times
Adherence to, and enforcement of all Workplace Health and Safety (EHS) requirements on site
Provision of out-of-hours support to the business as required by management.
All other duties as assigned. What you will need:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 6 years of work experience Preferred Qualifications:
Has 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team in a agile and results motivated environment.
Demonstrable analytical & problem-solving skills, a process improvement orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
CNC Experience an advantage
Excellent presentation and written / verbal communication skills.
Demonstrable ability to work autonomously.
A team player, with a flexible approach.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
Travel Percentage: 10%
