Summary: Collaborate with business partners and end users to determine business objectives by reviewing business functions. Assist business teams in gathering IT requirements for gateway assessment and approval. Act as a project leader or team member to deliver defined project scopes within time and cost boundaries.

Responsibilities:
Manage site manufacturing applications and infrastructure for incident and problem management, driving service performance improvement based on trend and root cause analysis.
Validate applications and infrastructure during change requests and project implementations.
Identify risks from daily operations and assess them to proactively drive mitigation plans for interim and permanent solutions.
Serve as a liaison for vulnerabilities mitigation across IT areas including applications, OT devices, servers, and software components.
Participate in rotating on-call support with the local team.




Perform any other assignments as needed.

Requirements:
Relevant degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in IT-related majors.
At least 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing facilities for both IT applications and infrastructure.
Oral and written English skills required to work with global IT teams.

Required Skills:
Resolving issues with existing solutions using ITSM process discipline (Incident, Change, and Problem).
Robust end-user support experience for communication and coordination.

Preferred Skills:
Business knowledge in manufacturing processes.
ERP knowledge is a plus.
