Responsibilities CNC Operator Operate CNC machines as per production requirements. Read engineering drawings and follow work instructions. Check component dimensions using measuring instruments. Ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved.

Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety standards. VMC Operator Operate VMC machines for milling, drilling, and tapping operations. Load and unload components. Inspect finished components for quality.

Maintain production records and machine housekeeping. HMC Operator Operate HMC machines to manufacture precision components. Perform basic machine setup and tool offset adjustments.



Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments.

Follow production schedules and quality standards. VTL Operator Operate Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machines. Machine large metal components as per drawings. Check dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools.

Ensure protected machine operation and maintain production output.

Desired Candidate

Profile 6 Months to 6 years of experience in CNC/VMC/HMC/VTL operations. ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field. Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.; Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team player.
