About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead brand-building initiatives and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both offline and digital marketing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen the brand across retail and digital channels.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Create cost-effective marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Drive marketing activities that contribute to retail sales growth.
Manage the brand's social media and digital presence, including content planning and campaign execution.
Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize marketing efforts.
Coordinate with sales, retail, and design teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience in Marketing,



Brand Management, or a related field.
Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands is must.
Robust understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to plan and execute campaigns within budget.
Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Self-motivated, creative, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
