Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review and verify MEPF design drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Ensure all MEPF designa comply with the latest National Building Code (NBC), relevant IS Codes, fire safety regulations, and local statutory requirements.
Develop and maintain design documentation, technical specifications, Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, and related project documents.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, external MEP consultants, and internal project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Resolve technical design issues and provide engineering solutions during the design and execution stages.
Participate in design review meetings and provide technical support to project stakeholders.
Conduct periodic site visits to review MEP works and ensure execution is in line with approved drwaings.
Work closely with project, procurement, contracts, QA/QC,



and other departments for seamless project coordination.
Ensure quality standards, project timelines, and technical compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and Fire Fighting (MEPF) systems.
Experience in designing MEP services for high rise residential and commercial buildings.
Thorough understanding of NBC, IS Codes, fire safety norms, and local building regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparation and review of engineering drawings.
Positive working knowledge of microsoft office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Solid communication, coordination, and stakeholders management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
