Job Summary

Goana Foods is looking for a responsible and experienced Food Safety Compliance Officer for a full time, in-house position. Male and female candidates may apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing food-safety systems, FSSAI compliance, product documentation, labelling requirements, licences, audits and regulatory records for our food-manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage FSSAI licences, renewals and statutory compliance
Review product labels, ingredients, allergens and nutritional information
Maintain SOPs, food-safety records, traceability and audit documents
Coordinate laboratory testing, inspections and corrective actions
Monitor hygiene, sanitation and manufacturing practices
Maintain documentation required for domestic sales and exports
Keep the company updated on changes in food-safety regulations
Coordinate with government departments, laboratories and consultants





Requirements
Qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Assurance or a related field
Knowledge of FSSAI regulations and food-labelling requirements
Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG will be preferred
Robust documentation, communication and follow-up skills
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
