Marine

Executive in the Marine and safety as well as crewing Department work closely with the Marine Superintendent and as per their instructions carry out tasks related to HSSEQ system and day to day work of the Department connected with a definite number of vessels assigned to him/her.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Collect monthly HSSEQ forms from vessels and file them electronically.

Quarterly carry out analysis of data received from vessel from Near miss, incident, etc.

Assist Marine department in Document change and control management.

Assist in formatting of HSSEQ documentation.

Assist in making/formatting presentations, circular and company magazines.

Ship inspection report control in the database.

Remind

Superintendents as required.

NCN and observation filing and control to closing / due dates.

Arrange and co-ordinate ISM/ISPS/MLC/SIRE/CDI inspections.

Assist in crewing matter as directly by Marine superintendent and Director.

Recording minutes during an emergency response.
