About the Role
HelloVerify is looking for a detail-oriented Background Verification Executive to manage end-to-end employment, education, address, identity and reference verification processes while ensuring quality, compliance, and client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end background verification checks as per client requirements.
Coordinate with candidates, employers, educational institutions and vendors.
Validate documents and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
Ensure SLA adherence and timely case closures.
Follow up through calls and emails to obtain verification responses.
Identify discrepancies and prepare investigation notes.




Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and data privacy standards.
Support quality audits and process improvement initiatives.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months of experience in Background Verification, KYC, Operations, or related domain.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good MS Excel and email etiquette.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
