Role & responsibilities
Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable backend architectures and full-stack solutions.
Maintain active involvement in coding activities, contributing to critical projects and serving as a technical mentor to the team.
Evaluate and introduce recent technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
Successfully manage medium to large-scale development initiatives across both agile and waterfall methodologies.
Establish and continuously improve development processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the development lifecycle.
Take informed architectural decisions regarding technology stack, design patterns, and development methodologies.

Technical Expertise
Minimum 12+ years of extensive experience in backend architecture, system integration, and full-stack development.
Solid proficiency in Python, Node.js, React, and web development frameworks.




Comprehensive knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud services and architecture patterns
Hand s-on experience with Git Hub actions, Terraform, and other continuous integration/deployment platforms
Proven skills in performance optimization, capacity planning, and scalability troubleshooting.
Experience in managing complex release cycles and deployment strategies.
Deep understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and up-to-date data storage solutions.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Harness, and other continuous integration/deployment platforms
Proficiency with Dynatrace and other application performance monitoring tools.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
Proficiency with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

Health Domain is prefered. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud platform certifications would be advantage
