Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete M&A; lifecycle, including target identification, evaluation, financial analysis, due diligence, negotiations, deal structuring, execution, and post-merger integration.
Identify strategic acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.
Develop financial models, business valuations, investment cases, and scenario analyses to support acquisition decisions.
Coordinate commercial, financial, tax, legal, operational, and technical due diligence with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Structure transactions while considering commercial, financial, regulatory, and tax implications.
Lead negotiations with promoters, investment bankers, consultants, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare investment memorandums, board presentations, and transaction recommendations for senior leadership.
Work closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, Operations, and Business Heads to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
Support fundraising initiatives, strategic partnerships, joint ventures,



and business expansion opportunities as required.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and potential acquisition targets.
Drive post-acquisition integration planning and track synergy realization.

Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, or Corporate Strategy.
Proven experience managing end-to-end M&A; transactions independently.
Solid expertise in financial modelling, business valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
Excellent understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and transaction documentation.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external advisors on complex transactions.
Strong negotiation, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-impact setting while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
