Role & responsibilities
Responsible for specific developmental projects assigned by the HOD or seniors.
Carry out experiments, analysis, and related activities to establish product quality and process, as guided by the HOD or seniors.
Maintain the progress of current product development through monthly/daily reports, as applicable.
Coordinate and work closely with the PBL/Pilot Plant team for newly developed products.
Arrange lab-developed samples for customer validation as directed by the HOD or seniors.
Ensure the availability of all analytical equipment and laboratory reagents.
Prepare and standardize reagent solutions required for analysis.
Maintain valuable housekeeping practices in the laboratory.
Implement controls for environmental aspects, OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) hazards, and associated risks.
Clean and maintain PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow work instructions for their proper use.
