Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate effectively with Mother Warehouse, Logistics, Last Mile, Customer Experience Team (CET), Planning, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor end-to-end order flow and ensure timely follow-up on all operational activities.
Track shipments, escalations, and pending actions, ensuring prompt resolution.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and dashboards using MS Excel.
Highlight operational issues in real time and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
Ensure accurate system updates and maintain data integrity.
Support daily operational KPIs by driving timely execution and effective coordination.
Follow up proactively with stakeholders to minimize delays and improve service levels.

Required Skills:
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Basic SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving ability.
High level of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
Quick learner with the ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.
