Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and execution-focused Marketing Executive who can help grow the Fresh Bliss brand across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data, understands consumer behavior, and can independently execute marketing campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp marketing.
Coordinate email and SMS campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.

Content & Social Media
Create content calendars and campaign ideas.
Write captions, ad copy, and promotional content.
Coordinate photoshoots and product launches.
Stay updated with social media trends and implement relevant ideas.

Performance Marketing
Assist with Meta and Google Ads.
Generate weekly marketing reports with actionable insights.





Influencer & Partnerships
Identify and onboard influencers aligned with the Fresh Bliss brand.
Coordinate collaborations and monitor campaign outcomes.
Build partnerships with cafés, fitness studios, nutritionists, and corporate clients.

Customer Growth
Plan strategies to acquire current customers.
Improve customer retention through loyalty programs and engagement campaigns.
Analyze customer feedback and purchasing behavior.

Market Research
Study competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Identify current product prospects and marketing angles.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in digital or brand marketing (freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply).
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Basic knowledge of editing platforms
Understanding of social media analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience with food, FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce brands.
Photography or basic video editing skills.
Familiarity with influencer marketing.
Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is a plus.
