Role Description The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that elevate the Shimmer & Shine brand and drive customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating promotional activities, managing in-store and local marketing events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to marketing strategies.

in office role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with showroom and sales teams to deliver a seamless luxury customer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the brand professionally.

Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, understand customer behavior, and design effective campaigns.

Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support revenue growth, drive in-store promotions, and contribute to customer acquisition and retention.

Candidates should ideally have experience in luxury retail, fashion, or jewellery marketing, with an understanding of premium brand positioning.

Candidates should have proficiency with basic digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics, along with solid organizational and time-management abilities.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
