*Purpose/Objective
The Lead Administration will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end administrative operations at the Ammunition Complex, ensuring smooth facility management, security coordination, statutory compliance, transport, housekeeping, vendor management, and employee support services. The role will play a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and a world-class work workplace within the manufacturing facility.

*Key Responsibilities of Role
Oversee facility management, housekeeping, canteen operations, transport, guest house, and office infrastructure.
Coordinate with security teams to ensure effective access control and site security.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, local regulations, and internal company policies.
Manage administrative budgets, contracts, and vendor performance.
Liaise with government authorities, local administration, and regulatory bodies as required.
Support employee engagement initiatives, events,
and welfare activities at the plant.
Monitor maintenance of office buildings, utilities, accommodation facilities, and common areas.
Develop and implement administrative SOPs and best practices.
Handle emergency response coordination and business continuity requirements.
Drive cost optimization and operational excellence across administrative functions.
*Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
1015 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Plant Administration.
Experience in manufacturing, defence , aerospace, heavy engineering, ammunition, or industrial settings preferred.
Experience in managing large-scale facilities, vendor contracts, and statutory compliance.
