We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to shape how Rainbow Ventures and the ventures within our ecosystem communicate with founders, investors, partners, customers, and the wider public. You will develop and execute our marketing and communications strategy across digital platforms, publications, campaigns, events, and stakeholder communications. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move confidently between strategy, storytelling, content production, and day-to-day execution.

Your Responsibilities Will Include Developing and executing the marketing and communications strategy for Rainbow Ventures.

Creating high-quality content for the website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.

Implementing newsletters, articles, campaigns, presentations, and events. Translating topics such as entrepreneurship, sustainability, investment, and innovation into explicit and compelling stories.

Supporting venture launches, partnerships, community-building activities, and stakeholder communications.

Managing external creative contributors and using performance data to improve campaigns and audience engagement.

Requirements At least 3 years of experience in marketing,



communications, branding, content, public relations, or a related field.

Excellent written and spoken English, with strong storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.

Experience managing digital channels, content calendars, campaigns, and professional social media, particularly LinkedIn.

A proactive, entrepreneurial, and highly organised working style, with the ability to manage several projects independently.

A genuine interest in sustainability, entrepreneurship, impact investment, and emerging markets.
