Job Title: Fleet Management Supervisor

Job Description:
Prepare and maintain the driver roster in consultation with the Central Fleet Supervisor.
Ensure presence at the District Coordination Center during working hours and maintain 100% driver availability in assigned districts.
Coordinate daily deployment of drivers to meet operational requirements.
Conduct half-yearly training and re-training programs for drivers to ensure compliance and performance standards.
Perform regular audits to ensure all vehicle accessories are properly maintained.
Candidates with B.E/B.Tech Mechanical/Automobile back ground are eligible for this chance.
Candidate should be willing to work in anywhere in Chhattisgarh.
