Role Description This is a full time, in office Manager – Foreign Exchange role based in Warangal. The Manager – Foreign Exchange will oversee daily foreign exchange operations, including the buying and selling of foreign currency, ensuring accurate transaction processing and compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Responsibilities include managing currency inventory, monitoring exchange rates, optimizing margins, and providing guidance to customers on foreign exchange products and services. The role involves supervising the branch team,



maintaining high standards of customer service, and preparing regular reports on sales, revenue, and risk exposure. The manager will also collaborate with internal finance and compliance teams, support audits, and contribute to local business development initiatives in the foreign exchange segment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Foreign Exchange Management and Foreign Currency operations.
Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of Currency markets, pricing, and risk considerations.
Experience in retail foreign exchange, banking, or financial services, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
Knowledge of RBI and local regulatory guidelines governing foreign exchange transactions
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proven ability to handle cash responsibly, manage reconciliation processes, and support audit requirements.
