:
Prepare BOM, BOQ & Job Cards as per engineering drawings.
Plan and calculate raw material requirements for production.
Generate Purchase Requisitions and update ERP.
Monitor material consumption and optimize inventory.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase & Stores teams.
Update BOM/Job Cards based on drawing revisions.
Ensure timely material availability for smooth production.
Prepare daily and monthly material planning reports.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Preferred Candidate Profile
8–15 years in manufacturing
Mechanical graduate preferred
Solid BOM & BOQ preparation experience
ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
Experience coordinating with Design, Production, Purchase, and Stores
Exposure to fabrication, process equipment, pressure vessels, tanks, or heavy engineering
Comfortable reading engineering drawings
Experience in material consumption analysis and job card preparation
