Role & responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management
Manage servers, computers, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Ensure high availability of IT systems.
Monitor system performance and uptime.
Plan hardware and software upgrades.
Data Security & Compliance
Implement cybersecurity policies.
Manage user accounts and access controls.
Monitor antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Network Administration
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
Coordinate with internet service providers and vendors.
Troubleshoot network issues.
IT Support & Help Desk
Supervise IT support staff.
Resolve hardware and software issues.
Ensure timely closure of support tickets.
Provide technical assistance to employees.
