Role & responsibilities
Form and manage borrower groups (centres).
Verify customers before approving loans.
Disburse loans and collect weekly/monthly repayments.
Build valuable relationships with customers.
Monitor loan recovery and reduce overdue payments.
Maintain loan records and prepare reports.
Achieve loan disbursement and collection targets.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Positive communication skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office).
