Position 2: Mid-Level Air & Ocean Operations Professional

Location: Recent Delhi

Employment Type: Full time (On-site)

Office Timings - 10 Am-6 Pm

Working Days - 5 (Mon- Fri)

Weekly Off - 2 Days Fixed Off ( Saturday & Sunday )

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily air and ocean freight operations.
Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, consolidators, and freight partners.
Handle import/export documentation and ensure accuracy.
Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate customs clearance processes and compliance requirements.
Maintain shipment records and update internal systems.
Resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Optimize freight routes, transit times, and operational costs.
Prepare operational reports and shipment performance updates.
Ensure service quality standards are maintained.
Support process improvement initiatives within air and ocean operations.
Work closely with clients, logistics partners, and internal teams.





Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in air and ocean freight operations.
Knowledge of:
Export & Import Documentation
Freight Forwarding Processes
Customs Procedures
International Trade Compliance
Experience coordinating with carriers, consolidators, and freight forwarders.
Familiarity with logistics software, shipment tracking tools, and reporting systems.
Understanding of eCommerce logistics and U.S. destination operations is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field preferred.
Willingness to work in office in Delhi in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
