Role & responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit candidates across technical, field, and operational telecom roles; manage end-to-end hiring pipelines to meet aggressive business timelines.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead seamless candidate onboarding, orientation, and integration; manage smooth exit processes including exit interviews and clearance.
Payroll & Compliance Management: Oversee monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, incentives, and deductions), resolve payroll queries, and ensure 100% statutory compliance.
Grievance Handling & Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolving grievances swiftly while maintaining a fair, transparent workplace setting.
Productivity & Performance Management: Partner with line managers to track team performance, facilitate periodic productivity discussions,



and assist in setting performance metrics.
Attrition Analysis & Retention: Track HR metrics, conduct deep-dive attrition analysis, identify flight risks, and implement targeted retention strategies.

Preferred candidate profile
36 years of experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Operations Specialist, ideally within the Telecom, Logistics, or Tech infrastructure sectors.
Core Competencies: Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment, solid grasp of payroll processing workflows, and solid knowledge of employment regulations.
Analytical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) for attrition modeling, productivity tracking, and payroll processing.
