Role Summary

Drive end-to-end strategy and execution for Tech Mahindra's flagship and recent strategic initiatives. Partner and collaborate with SBU/IBG / SL leaders to translate idea and strategy into pipeline, pitches, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Execution & Governance

Own strategy narrative, opportunity sizing, and growth roadmap

Shape "Right to Win" positioning and executive-level narratives

Provide strategic direction to team members, ensuring clarity of ownership and execution.

Own end-to-end delivery and business outcomes of strategic programs, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.

Establish and monitor dashboards, track pipeline and reports for leadership reporting

Drive Sales / SBU workshops, cross functional engagement, and third-party partner assessment





Prepare executive updates and leadership communication

Candidate Profile

Experience: 8+ years of experience, preferably in IT Sales / Strategy / Program Management / Consulting

Understanding the technology industry, digital and AI transformations, with robust analytical skills.

Demonstrated experience in leading teams, and driving execution through influence Solid academic background with knowledge of financials, sales strategy and operations.

Tools: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel; strong familiarity with AI tools like Copilot or any other LLM

Attributes: Execution-oriented, strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work in matrix organizations
