Responsibilities :

Partner Relationship Management
Build robust rapport with branch staff to generate life insurance leads.
Collaborate closely with bank personnel to ensure smooth product promotion and customer conversion.

Sales Target Achievement
Drive sales of life insurance products through bank branches to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Maintain high productivity and robust conversion ratios from generated leads.

Customer Engagement
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Deliver explicit and compliant product presentations and policy explanations.

Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Maintain complete and accurate records of leads, closures, and customer communications.

MIS & Reporting
Update sales dashboards, lead trackers, and performance reports for review and analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to sales leadership.

TA will be provided.
