Role & responsibilities
Design and deliver onboarding programs for recent Finance SaaS Functional Consultants and Analysts.
Conduct training on Finance SaaS modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
Develop troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and case management capabilities.
Create and maintain training curricula, job aids, knowledge articles, and assessments.
Partner with Operations, Quality, Product and Knowledge Management teams.
Analyze performance metrics and deliver targeted coaching interventions
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
5+ years of ERP / SaaS support, implementation, consulting, or training experience.
2+ years of Finance & Accounting SaaS product training experience.
Robust understanding of Finance & Accounting business process
Experience supporting or implementing ERP platforms such as:
Quick Books
Sage
Netsuite
Zoho
