Key Responsibilities
API Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions, implementing scalable microservices or serverless architectures.
Database Management: Design data schemas, optimize queries, and manage database operations (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams in an Agile workplace to deliver high-quality features.
Testing & Deployment: Write unit and integration tests, and assist in CI/CD pipeline management and cloud deployments.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
Experience: 4+ years of skilled backend development experience, specifically with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Frameworks: Robust proficiency with Node.js frameworks, notably Express.js.
Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Version Control: Solid understanding of Git for code repository and team collaboration.
Foundational Cloud: Familiarity with deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
