Key Responsibilities
Create engaging motion graphics, animations, AI-generated videos, and promotional content for digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Design high-quality visual content for social media, digital displays, events, and in-mall promotions.
Produce AI-powered animated videos and creative content using the latest AI tools and platforms.
Edit videos, add motion effects, transitions, typography, sound, and visual effects to create compelling storytelling.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Branding, and Creative teams to develop creative campaigns.
Ensure all creative outputs align with Lulu's brand guidelines and quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI technologies, animation techniques, and creative tools.
Manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in retail, shopping malls, advertising agencies, media houses,



or digital marketing organizations are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, or similar platforms for image and video generation.
Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, storytelling, video editing, and AI-assisted content creation.
Experience creating engaging content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and AI-generated animated videos.

Pay: ₹313,339.00 - ₹5,034,421.00 per year
