Role Description The Marketing Executive will support TRIAA’s real estate projects through day-to-day marketing activities, including planning and executing campaigns, coordinating promotional events, and managing communication with prospective clients.

Responsibilities include conducting local market research, assisting in the development of marketing collateral, collaborating with sales teams to generate leads, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across channels. The role involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements based on data and market insights.



This is a full-time, in office role based in Haveli, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular interaction with on-ground project stakeholders.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing for developing and executing effective campaigns.

Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze local trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Candidates should possess robust Communication skills for clear client interaction and coordination with internal teams.

Candidates should possess skills in Sales to support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are preferred.
